Fine Art Adventures of the Eight Graders Through Online Classes

Exhibition of works by eighth graders from ‘Petefi Šandor’ Elementary School in Novi Sad called ‘Fine Art Adventures of Eights Graders through Online Classes’ will be held in Mlin Cultural Station from 24 May to 7 June.

You can see the works every working day between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Art realizations created during online classes regarding topics: ‘Contrast, unity and dominance – answers to the art challenge of the Getty Museum’ and ‘Contrast, unity and dominance – show with your hand (Hand Art)!’ will be presented at the exhibition.

In addition to the art works, the calendar of the ‘Petefi Šandor’ Elementary School, which was created from the artistic works of eighth graders, as ‘Personification of the Seasons’, will be presented. For this calendar, teacher Marta Kiš Buterer, the organizer of the exhibition, was awarded the ‘Ljubiša Divljak’ award for mentoring at the 9th BUDI: ‘Little Madness of Great Wisdom’ competition.

She is implementing the ‘Art Adventures of Eight Graders through Online Classes’ exhibition as a sign of gratitude for the four-year cooperation with her eighth grade students.

The ’Živojin Mišić’ association chose teacher Marta in December last year as one of the best educators in Serbia in a new category – for online teaching during the Covid-19 pandemic.
