The ‘Verdute of a City’, a cultural-educational workshop for children, will be held in the Mlin Cultural Station on 1 February, on the occasion of the Day of Novi Sad.
Like every year, the aim of the workshop is to inform and educate children about the history of the city they live in, in an intriguing way. During the workshops, we will ‘walk down’ the street and find out what Novi Sad gained on 1 February 1748. The main focus of the workshop will be architecture, façade reliefs, sculptures, windows and doors i.e., the details we usually do not see when we walk through the city.
During the ‘Verdute of a City’ artistic workshop, children, inspired by the history and architecture of the city of Novi Sad, will create paintings using the high-quality printing technique.
The workshop is dedicated to children aged 7-12 years. The entrance is free, with the necessary application via e-mail address: [email protected]. The number of participants is limited to 10, and the application deadline is 31 January until 9 p.m.
