We mark the International Mother Language Day today. On that occasion, workshops entitled ‘The Beauty of the Mother Tongue Through Play and Storytelling’ were held in Mlin CS.
Within the two one-hour workshops, in which students from the third to the sixth grade of the private elementary school ‘St. Cyril and Methodius’ from Novi Sad participated, the importance of preserving the mother tongue was promoted through word games, tasks, and stories.
Lecturers Marija Pekez and Jasna Skomrak drew special attention to the influence of social networks on the language culture of children and youth.
