The ‘Fix Your Toy’ workshop on ecological education will be held in the Mlin Cultural Station, on Wednesday, 23 December, from 10 until 11 a.m. The workshop is part of the programme of the 37th Raspustilište.
During the workshop, children will learn to fix their broken toy by using particular tools and materials. They will get useful information about recycling of e-waste and negative effects of improper waste disposal. Children will be able to use fixed toys or give them to a friend. Within the workshop, children learn to keep their toys, develop the hands-on experience, and learn to think about the environmental protection. Jasna Skomrak and Marija Pekez, professors of the ‘Mihajlo Pupin’ Secondary School of Electrical Engineering, are organisers of the workshop.
Number or participants is limited. The application is necessary and you can apply via e-mail address: [email protected]. Deadline for applications is Tuesday, 22 December, until 10 p.m. Participants are obliged to bring their broken toys (especially those that work on batteries).
